1:1 Support

We can support young people on a 1:1 basis, initially for 6 weekly sessions. This support is aimed at general emotional well-being and emerging mental health concerns. We may be able to support you if:

  • You do not have any other agencies involved
  • You are 10 years or over
  • You are struggling with attending school or your usual activities
  • The concerns are new

Our workers can see young people in their own homes initially and then either at our centre on in school. We use a person centred approach which allows space and time to explore thoughts and feelings and look forward to see how to reach the ‘future you’.

We are currently operating a waiting list for this service.
